TableOps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TableOps mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Account Information

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Password (securely encrypted)

Business Data You Create

• Restaurant and location settings
• Client contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, companies)
• Event quotes and pricing
• Employee records and performance reviews
• Vendor information
• Food invoices and inventory
• Cocktail recipes and bar cost data

Device Access

• Camera (only when you choose to scan invoices)
• Photo library (only when you upload images)

We do not collect:

• Location/GPS data
• Contacts from your device
• Advertising identifiers
• Usage analytics

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

Your data is used solely to provide the TableOps service, including:

• Storing and syncing your business data
• Processing subscription payments
• Enabling you to create and manage quotes, invoices, and employee records

We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI-POWERED FEATURES & THIRD PARTY AI SERVICES:

TableOps uses artificial intelligence to enhance certain features. When you use AI-powered features, limited data is sent to OpenAI for processing:

What data is sent to OpenAI:

• •Invoice Scanning: Photos of food or liquor invoices you choose to scan are sent to extract vendor names, items, quantities, and prices
• •Cocktail Generator: Your inventory list and cocktail description are sent to generate recipes
• •Employee Summaries: Service note text (not employee personal contact info) is sent to generate performance summaries
• •Event Suggestions: Event type, guest count, and budget are sent to generate package recommendations
• •Cost Insights: Invoice totals and category data are sent to analyze spending patterns
• •Bottle Categorization: Brand and product names are sent to auto-detect bottle categories

How this data is handled:

• •Data is sent securely via encrypted HTTPS
• •OpenAI processes data in real-time and does not store images or text for training purposes
• •We do not store copies of data sent to OpenAI beyond what you save in the app
• •AI features are optional—the app works fully without using them

THIRD PARTY SERVICES:

We use the following services to operate TableOps:

Supabase | Secure cloud database and authentication

RevenueCat | Subscription and payment processing

Apple/Google | Payment processing for in-app purchases

Open-AI | AI-powered features including invoice scanning, recipe generation, and cost analysis

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to industry security standards.

DATA SECURITY:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
• Your data is isolated to your account only

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION:

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Delete Account in the app.

Upon deletion, we remove:

• Your account credentials
• All business data (clients, quotes, employees, invoices, recipes)
• Local cached data on your device

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
